This page explains the basis on which we provide quotations, installations, payment arrangements, warranties, finance introductions and related services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of goods and/or services by Yorkshire Boilers and Heating Services Limited to the customer named on the quotation, order form or installation agreement.
We provide heating and plumbing related goods and services, including but not limited to boiler replacement and installation, first-time central heating installations, system upgrades, radiators, controls and thermostats, servicing, repairs and related works. Gas work will be carried out by appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineers where applicable.
Any deposit paid will normally be applied toward the contract price. If you cancel after costs have been incurred, deposits may be refundable subject to reasonable deductions for actual losses, including survey time, administration, specially ordered materials, non-returnable items, labour booked or other direct costs properly incurred.
Yorkshire Boilers and Heating Services Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd, t/a Ideal4Finance. Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd is a credit broker and not a lender (FRN 703401). Finance available subject to status. The rate offered is always provisional and will depend upon your personal circumstances, the loan amount and the term.
Any representative example shown in our marketing, website or quotation is for illustration unless expressly confirmed as part of the approved finance information. Exact finance terms, interest rate, monthly payment, deposit requirement and acceptance are matters for the lender and/or finance broker.
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work area, ensure relevant permissions and consents are in place where needed, and tell us before work starts about asbestos, structural issues, access restrictions, hidden services, existing faults, leaks, poor pressure, frozen condensate history, drainage issues or permit requirements that may affect the work.
Any installation or service date is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as fixed. We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed dates, but delays may occur due to weather, supply issues, illness, force majeure or unforeseen site conditions. If delays arise, we will contact you and rearrange as soon as reasonably possible.
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, you may have a 14-day cancellation right. If you ask us to begin work, carry out surveys, reserve dates or order goods during the cancellation period, you expressly request early performance and may have to pay for work and costs already incurred if you later cancel.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our goods, installation, customer service or finance introduction process, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle complaints in line with our Complaints Procedure.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from the contract shall not exceed the contract price, except where the law says otherwise.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
