Consumer Contracts Regulations Notice

1. Your cancellation rights

If you enter into a contract with us at your home, online, over the phone, or otherwise away from our business premises, you may have a legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. Cancellation period

The normal cancellation period is 14 days from the day after the contract is entered into for services, or from the day after goods are received where goods are supplied.

3. Early performance

If you ask us to start work, carry out a survey, reserve an installation date, order materials or otherwise begin performance during the 14-day cancellation period, you are expressly requesting early performance.

4. Charges if you cancel after asking us to start early

If you later cancel after requesting early performance, you may have to pay for:

• Services already carried out
• Survey time and administration already incurred
• Goods already supplied or specially ordered
• Reasonable costs directly and properly incurred as a result of your request

5. Special-order and bespoke goods

Certain bespoke, made-to-order, special-order or non-returnable items may not be refundable once ordered, except where required by law.

6. How to cancel

To cancel, contact us by phone, email or post using the contact details below and clearly state that you wish to cancel the contract. You may use a model cancellation form if you wish, but you do not have to do so for your cancellation to be valid.
